Thursday the 20th…party.
Saturday the 22nd…party.
Sunday the 23rd…meet with friends, then party.
Monday the 24th…party.
Tuesday the 25th…lunch with friends.
Wednesday the 26th…lunch with friends…then meet with different friends.
Thursday the 27th…meet with friends.
Saturday the 29th…meet with friends.
Sunday the 30th…party.
Monday the 31st…crash.
Hubs and I did manage to stay up until midnight to ring in the new year.

Schäfer woke up the day after his birthday to find balloons still in the living room. How enduring that the first balloon he grabbed was orange! Surely this proves that he has a bit of his Mommy in him after all!

We got home from the 4k about 10am and Schäfer went down for his morning nap. Meanwhile, Mommy & Papa scurried around the house and tried to clean plus prepare for the party. When Schäfer woke up from his nap, he was happy and ready to cruise around on the furniture.

On the morning of Schäfer’s birthday, he got to do one of his favorite things: go for a bike ride. Our city was hosting a New Year’s run so they invited the bike club to kick it off.
Shorel and Schäfer enjoy a nice ride around town.
